Tangente 38 date Schlossgrün is a cultivated color, like the ivy on the walls of an English country house. It is a deep and friendly watch, distinguished and generous.
Tangente is probably the best-known German wristwatch and has been impressing with its clarity and elegance for over 30 years. The high-quality textile strap in dark gray underlines the dynamic character of this colorful special edition. It is tailor made for NOMOS Glashütte in France.
The slender typography of Tangente and the dial with the traditional sub-seconds dial are unmistakable and yet come into their own in every color composition.
On a green background, the sub-seconds dial discreetly stands out in green-gray, the outer and minute rings are cream-colored like the hour numerals and hour markers, while the minute markers create a constrast in red.
The date background is also kept in this sophisticated shade of palace green. Caliber DUW 4101 with a date ring in this color is handcrafted especially for the 175 limited-edition pieces of this special model; the numerals are cream-colored.
Inside ticks the handcrafted date movement DUW 4101 with the NOMOS swing system, regulated according to chronometer values for the special edition. The name of the watch and the limited edition engraving can be found on the back.
Tangente is famous for this elegant profile: the flat stainless steel case with angled lugs is only 6.8 mm in height, even with the date mechanism.
