Tangente is probably the best-known German wristwatch and has been impressing with its clarity and elegance for over 30 years. The high-quality textile strap in dark gray underlines the dynamic character of this colorful special edition. It is tailor made for NOMOS Glashütte in France.
The slender typography of Tangente and the dial with the traditional sub-seconds dial are unmistakable and yet come into their own in every color composition.
On the main dial, the orange is somewhat muted by the addition of black, but stands out all the more clearly in the sub-seconds dial. All numerals and indexes are black.
The date ring, which is placed around the movement, is also dark orange—for Tangente date Poporange, caliber DUW 4101 is made by hand exactly 175 times.
Inside ticks the handcrafted date movement DUW 4101 with the NOMOS swing system, regulated according to chronometer values for the special edition. The name of the watch and the limited edition engraving can be found on the back.
Tangente is famous for this elegant profile: the flat stainless steel case with angled lugs is only 6.8 mm in height, even with the date mechanism.
