Your tasks
- You will work in our chronometry department and be responsible for assembling the regulation system, as well as the pre-setting and fine adjustment of our in-house built calibers.
Who we are looking for
- You are confident and skillful with spiral pliers.
- You always work calmly and precisely, have a trained eye, a steady hand, and a high degree of sensitivity for the regulation of movements.
- You are highly motivated, enjoy watchmaking as much as we do, and acquire new knowledge quickly.

Your tasks
- You will work in our chronometry department, where you will be responsible for assembling and regulating our in-house built calibers, setting the hands, or encasing our watches.
- A later assignment in our service department, where you will carry out repairs and revisions, is also possible after a thorough induction.
Who we are looking for
- At the time of recruitment, you will have successfully completed your vocational training as a watchmaker and have already gained initial experience in the assembly of various types of mechanical watches.
- You are confident and skillful with spiral pliers.
- You have good analytical skills and have an instinctive feel for the position of movements.
- You are motivated, enjoy watchmaking as much as we do, and acquire new knowledge quickly.

Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the watches sent to our service department, processing a wide range of repair and revision requests
- You are responsible for the assembly and regulation of NOMOS calibers, both with and without complications
Who we are looking for
- You have successfully completed your vocational training as a watchmaker and have already gained experience in movement and watch assembly or in servicing various types of mechanical watches.
- You are good at analyzing functions, enjoy tracking down even the smallest errors, and feel comfortable and confident in complex work processes.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie konzipieren und koordinieren die Presse- und Social-Media-Arbeit unseres international tätigen Unternehmens, vergrößern das Netzwerk und bringen unsere Uhren international und auch außerhalb der Uhrenbranche ins Gespräch.
- Sie entwickeln und schreiben Geschichten zu Uhren und Marke, die für die ausgewählten unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen besonders von Interesse sind und erhöhen so die Multiplikationschancen.
- Sie beantworten Presseanfragen und vertreten unser Unternehmen gegenüber den Medien.
- Sie entwickeln PR-Strategien und -Formate, insbesondere mit Blick auf die digitale Kommunikation.
- Mit Ihren Aufgaben übernehmen Sie nicht nur die fachliche Verantwortung, sondern auch die Personalverantwortung des fünfköpfigen Presse- und Social-Media-Teams.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit unserer Redaktion und dem Marketing zusammen.
Wen wir uns wünschen
- Sie verfügen über umfangreiche journalistische Expertise und eine mindestens fünfjährige Erfahrung.
- Sie sind stilistisch gewandt, im Verfassen präziser, ansprechender Texte auf Deutsch und Englisch souverän und schnell und auch im Mündlichen sicher und selbstbewusst.
- Sie haben Spaß daran, sich auch selbst vor die Kamera zu stellen und können Fachmedien wie Lifestyle- und Luxusmedien mit Ihrem Auftreten überzeugen.
- Uhrenwissen ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung. Hauptsache, Sie sind an technischen Vorgängen interessiert, wissbegierig, initiativ, prozessorientiert und teamfreudig.
- Sie verfügen über diplomatische Fähigkeiten, sind freundlich und krisenfest.
