As perfect as a starry night on the high seas and a real rarity: Lambda with a deep blue dial and an 18 kt rose gold case. English on the dial, highlighting the impressive power reserve, and the eight instead of six red dots at the beginning of the display reveal that this is a very special NOMOS model, designed for the eighth anniversary of Timeless Luxury Watches. Only eight examples of this valuable hand-wound watch exist worldwide. At 39 millimeters in diameter, it is designed for larger wrists.
The finely drawn golden typography does not require hour markers; the position of the needle-thin golden hands is sufficient for orientation. Lambda comes with a cushioned brown leather strap with remborde edges, made from Horween Genuine Shell Cordovan. A hand-polished winged clasp, crafted from 18 kt rose gold, is the perfect finishing touch.
Precision is ensured by the exquisite NOMOS movement DUW 1001 with swan-neck fine adjustment and twin mainspring barrels, which keep the watch ticking for three and a half days when fully wound. It is finished with Glashütte sunburst decoration on the crown wheel, fine sunbeam ribbing on the three-quarter plate, and a hand-engraved greeting in German on the balance cock: Mit Liebe in Glashütte gefertigt (Made with love in Glashütte).

Safety instructions
NOMOS uses 316 L stainless steel for all cases and buckles. This type of stainless steel is not fully free of nickel, but it does not pass nickel on to the skin; the amount of nickel in the alloy is about 12 percent. Thus, the amount of nickel passed to the skin is less than 0.2 micrograms per square centimeter per week and far below the medicinally acceptable amount. Other stainless steel alloys might have a lower percentual amount of nickel in the alloy, but they pass more of it on to the skin.
