The new date display is green: Tangente neomatik 41 Update is now also available with a midnight blue dial. The unique, patented NOMOS ring date with superluminova in green can be set quickly and easily—in both directions. This is thanks to in-house caliber DUW 6101 with automatic winding and a date mechanism that is also patented.
High-precision playfulness for grown-ups: Here, the date has been completely redesigned. Have we already mentioned that it can be set quickly in both directions? It is very pleasing to the eye—whichever way you look at it.
The entire month in view: The date ring set far out on the edge of the dial features two green markers that frame the current date. Today happens to be the 19th—also legible at night, thanks to superluminova.
The gold "neomatik" inscription refers to the automatic movement inside—which also features a proprietary escapement, the NOMOS swing system.
Tangente neomatik 41 Update is a tribute to form and engineering. The ring date gives the watch the look of an intricate measuring tool, the midnight blue dial adds an extra touch of elegance.

Safety instructions
NOMOS uses 316 L stainless steel for all cases and buckles. This type of stainless steel is not fully free of nickel, but it does not pass nickel on to the skin; the amount of nickel in the alloy is about 12 percent. Thus, the amount of nickel passed to the skin is less than 0.2 micrograms per square centimeter per week and far below the medicinally acceptable amount. Other stainless steel alloys might have a lower percentual amount of nickel in the alloy, but they pass more of it on to the skin.
