One watch, two patents: Metro neomatik 41 Update with automatic caliber DUW 6101
Metro neomatik 41 Update combines two pioneering patents at once: The neomatik date mechanism with bidirectional quick correction, and the NOMOS ring date. An exceptionally contemporary update all round, designed in collaboration with Mark Braun.

The stainless steel case with its fine, domed sapphire crystal glass and the wire lugs follow the form of the wrist in dynamic fashion.

175 years of Glashütte watchmaking tradition, handcrafted for the next generation: NOMOS in-house caliber DUW 6101. The movement is not only very large but at a mere 3.6 millimeters in height it is extraordinarily flat too—it was completely reconstructed to integrate the date. The NOMOS swing system, the proprietary escapement, ensures its accuracy.

Unmistakably Metro: Delicate hands, perfect dots of the minute markers on the flat, reduced dial with a slender bezel and domed sapphire crystal glass. The crown, too, with fine diamond knurling, the striking wire lugs—only Metro has them.
