The round watch with the many right angles

Tangente is confident in its style, harmonious, straightforward—and an inspiration to many. This watch is almost a logo for our brand. Its design and quality have been lauded with numerous prizes.

Bauhaus? Yes, that too. Since Tangente’s design, as the first NOMOS watch, represents the principles of form follows function. And this has made it a design classic.

Clear and simple, a classic of its own: the famous typography of the numbers.

Tangente always ticks as slender as a hand-wound, even if it is equipped with an automatic caliber—better still when with the neomatik caliber of the next generation. Such as neomatik date (DUW 6101)—automatic, the highest level of precision, and with the one-of-a-kind ring date for Tangente.

» The crowd puller« Chronos

Tangente loves classic modernity. And collects love letters and design prizes, as well as other things.

Midnight blue, gold, gray, champagne—Tangente doesn’t just wear black and white, but it does always look good!

Wrists come in many sizes. And so does Tangente—with diameters of 33 to 41 millimeters.

The latest addition is DUW 4601, the twelfth caliber to be produced by NOMOS in-house, which is celebrated with an elaborate fine sunbeam finish. It is the first hand-wound caliber with the patented NOMOS date mechanism, in which the date ring is placed around the movement. DUW 4601 impresses with its quick-change date adjustment and 52-hour power reserve.
