Which payment options does the NOMOS Store offer?
We offer a range of payment options: Credit card, PayPal, purchase on account, payment in installments, a so-called "Sofortüberweisung", and wire transfer—simply choose your preferred method.

Splitit installment payments at 0 % interest: How does it work?
We work with our partner Splitit to offer payment in installments.
Splitit allows you to split the total payment over several months using your credit card. This service is free, involves no credit checks or applications, and means you can choose to split your payment into monthly installments.
To use this payment method all you need a credit card with a sufficient amount of available credit. Splitit authorizes the total order value—but don’t worry, this is not taken in full when you complete the purchase. At the time of shipping, only the first installment will be charged to your credit card. The remaining balance will be held on your credit card until the final payment has been made. However, a payment authorization for the outstanding amount of your purchase will be held during the full payment period. After each monthly payment, the amount held from your available balance will be reduced to the new remaining balance (the held amount might appear as “pending”).
Are there any extra fees involved?
No, this is an interest-free payment method with no additional fixed fees, service fees, interest, or hidden fees of any kind.
Which credit cards does Splitit support?
You can pay using Splitit with a Mastercard or Visa card. Debit cards, American Express and pre-paid cards are not accepted.
Do I have to maintain the required available credit amount on my credit card?
Yes, you must maintain a sufficient amount on your credit card for both the monthly payment and for the full outstanding amount of your purchase during the full period of the plan. The authorized amount will be charged only in the event that a monthly payment is declined (the authorization hold might appear as “pending” on your credit card bill).
What happens if the ordered watch is not immediately available?
If the watch has a longer delivery time, we will start charging the monthly payments from the date of shipping.
What happens if I return the watch?
If you decide to not keep the watch, upon receipt of the watch we will reimburse the installments that have already been paid and cancel the outstanding payments.
Are there any additional costs?
The item price is the final price to pay—there are no additional costs, taxes or fees. The prices in the NOMOS Store correspond to the prices that apply for retailers in your country. So if a watch is not available in the NOMOS Store, you can acquire it for the same price in a local store. You can find a list of NOMOS retailers here.
How secure is shopping in the NOMOS Store?

How does my order reach me?
We package everything beautifully. The brand name is not named on the parcel packaging to ensure gifts aren’t revealed ahead of time.
How long does it take to prepare my order for shipping?
If the ordered item is in stock, then everything will proceed very quickly. Within two to four days, your order will be ready to ship and on the way to you. By clicking the link in your order confirmation, you can check where your package currently is at any time.
What does the NOMOS Store charge for shipping?
The same applies to all orders: You pay no shipping costs. For international orders, all custom charges, the relevant value-added taxes, as well as all other costs incurred, are already included in the price. How do I check the availability of the items?
We carry the entire collection, but we don’t use NOMOS Glashütte’s stocks—the NOMOS Store has its own. This means that occasionally a watch is not available for a short period of time. If this does happen, we will let you know when it is due to be restocked, and get in touch as soon as it is. You will also find further beautiful things in the NOMOS Store, such as straps, stationery, and other special items from NOMOS Glashütte.
When do you ship my order?
We try to state our delivery times as exactly as possible and always keep them up-to-date. What do the different delivery times mean exactly?
Deliverable in two to four days means that we have the item you desire in stock. For prepayment, we will wait until your payment has arrived in our account. If you require express delivery, please get in touch.
We give longer delivery times when we do not have an item in stock. However, we have placed an order with our colleagues from NOMOS Glashütte or with our suppliers (such as in the case of printed materials). So if a watch is not immediately available in the NOMOS Store, please select prepayment while ordering and only pay when you receive an email from us announcing its imminent availability.
For all items with an unspecified delivery time, we would ask you to contact us to make a reservation or enquire further about the item. This applies sometimes, for example, to our gold watches (as we only produce a few). And also for models that are no longer in the current collection. You cannot order these items, but you can send us a non-binding declaration of interest in reserving them.
How do you wrap my order?
All watches are carefully and beautifully packaged by hand and shipped with all necessary documentation. A giftwrapped watch wallet, the NOMOS polishing cloth that comes with it, as well as protective film on both sides of the watch protect it during transport.
Shipping to the U.S.
For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number if your order is over a certain amount (2,500 USD) before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to NOMOS Glashütte. There are no taxes, import duty or other fees due, however.
U.S: Will I be charged Sales Tax?
Sales tax rates and rules vary by state and local jurisdiction. We apply sales taxes based on the shipping destination of your order to the U.S.. If it applies, sales tax will be automatically added to your order during the checkout process.
