A watch like the summer night’s sky over New York: Metro, designed by Mark Braun, with a deep blue dial. Instead of stars, here it is the neon orange seconds and green minute markers that are shining. Visible through the sapphire crystal glass back is the automatic NOMOS caliber DUW 3001—highly precise and thinner than nine stacked postage stamps.
Prizes and awards
Metro is wrapping one design prize jury after the other around its wrist.
A diameter of 35 millimeters has a long tradition at NOMOS Glashütte. Metro is following in it, and suits men’s and women’s wrists alike.
