How many characters can I have engraved?
You have space for up to four lines of 22 characters at your disposal for a personalized engraving.
Can I engrave special characters?
Yes! Many special characters from various languages and some symbols can be engraved too. If a specific character cannot be used, the respective line will turn red.

How long does an engraving take?
Provided your chosen watch is available, we will engrave your watch within five working days. With Campus models, there's even less time to wait: it takes a maximum of three days for these to be engraved.
How does the engraving process work?
Enter your customized message in the text fields, and your text will appear in the engraving simulator next to it. If everything looks good, simply click “Add engraving” and add the watch to your bag. After your order has been processed, we will engrave your watch as quickly as possible and send it to the address of your choice. You can see the estimated delivery time for your engraved watch in your bag.
What is important to know about personalized engravings on the screwed sapphire crystal glass backs of the Club models?
The watches in our Club collection have screwed backs, which are mounted on the watches before they receive a personalized engraving. These backs are screwed on firmly by hand. As a result, the standard engraving on the metal bezel of the sapphire crystal glass back may not be positioned exactly as seen in our product images. Your personalized engraving is always in alignment with the standard engraving—that is, the whale and the water resistance. But the back as a whole might positioned differently.
Can I exchange or return an engraved watch?
Just as with our other watches, an engraved watch may be exchanged or returned within the cancellation period. However, we will have to charge you for the cost of a new back.
Can engravings also be ordered through a NOMOS specialist retailer?
Of course! If you would rather order an engraved watch through your NOMOS retailer, you are welcome to do so.
