Would you like to have your watch repaired or serviced or its case polished? Or do you want to upgrade to a sapphire crystal glass back? You can book any available service directly with us when you use our service advisor. Once your request is booked, we will send you all the necessary shipping documents by email so that sending your watch to us is as convenient as possible.
Shipment via our returns portal is voluntary. This will insure the goods to a value set by the insurer. Would you prefer to send your watch yourself or via another provider? Write to us at service@nomos-store.com and we will refund a proportion of the shipping you have paid.
