If you’re not sure how old your watch is, or the necessary repairs are difficult for you to estimate (e.g. because of water damage), then we kindly ask you to send your watch directly to us. We’ll contact you as soon as your watch arrives. Once the inspection is completed you will receive a price estimate. Once your service request is booked, we will send you all the necessary shipping documents by email so you can send your watch to us.
