Complete service DUW 4601

Description

After a few years—five at the most—every mechanical watch should be completely cleaned and inspected. Our watchmakers carry out the following tasks: A complete disassembly of the watch, ultrasonic cleansing of all movement components in special cleaning fluids, exchange of worn parts, reassembly of the caliber, fine timing check and, if necessary, correction of all functions, fine adjustment, complete refurbishment of the case through polishing and grinding in several stages, replacement of the crown, winding stem, gaskets, and, if required, the case tube, restoration of waterproofing, and a final check lasting several days. The cost of wear parts is included in the price for a complete service. However, if your watch no longer ticks accurately because it has been damaged by external factors, we may need to replace additional parts. In this case, we will invoice these separately—and of course inform you in advance about the additional costs incurred. Once your service request is booked, we will send you all the necessary shipping documents by email so you can send your watch to us.
