A knock, bump, or collision can scratch even stainless steel and leave a trace on our watches’ sturdy cases and protective sapphire crystal glass. In some instances, the watch can lose its waterproofing. To repair the damage to the case and glass parts, or at least greatly reduce traces of use, we carry out the following procedures: Cleaning of the case, several stages of grinding and polishing, straightening of the lugs if necessary, and restoration of the waterproofing.
