The real last remaining watches are now available and waiting for the right wrists to take them home. So, what makes them so special? In 2015, NOMOS set new standards with the neomatik 1st edition, because the automatic caliber DUW 3001 inside these “neomatik” watches is exceptionally slender. Measuring only 3.2 millimeters in height, it raised the bar in the world of fine watchmaking. There was a second NOMOS sensation in store, in the form of the in-house developed escapement (also known as the NOMOS swing system), which is produced in series and renowned for its incredible accuracy. This masterpiece of engineering is recognizable by its tempered blue balance spring. The case back of these special watches features a beautiful engraving: “neomatik 1st edition”.
These models from the neomatik 1st edition series bring tradition into the present, with delicate details in cyan blue on a white silver-plated dial.
Each one features a special-edition engraving on the back. These neomatik 1st edition watches were only available for a short time.
A limited number of these first editions were released for the launch of our neomatik caliber DUW 3001.
